I'm Peter Williams, living near Tulsa, Oklahoma. I've been in education all my professional life in one role or other, including teaching ESL in Honduras for about 5 years and more lately as Dean of Distance Learning at a university in northern Virginia.
I developed my first online course when I was working on my dissertation at Texas A&M back in the late nineties; it was a blended course, actually, for rural high school students to give them the tech skills to support school technology. If I remember, I used TopClass for that, and I also experimented with Ceilidh.
Now, besides my university work, I do quite a bit of instructional design using Moodle through Stewardship Learning. I collaborate with remote-Learner.net, a Moodle Partner, and I have quite a few people that work with me from project to project who know a lot more than I do about Moodle, multimedia, and how to design effective instruction.

Through Stewardship Learning (StL), I provide professional elearning, training, and consulting services for higher education, K-12 education and business/industry. I have experience working with adults in a wide range of settings, including international and bilingual (Spanish). I will assess needs, deliver training, and provide elearning expertise with minimal overhead and maximum personal attention.
