I've added a PDF that contains the results of my dissertation research, as it applies to roles and competencies for implementing online learning in higher education.  See "Resources" in left sidebar at the bottom.

The original research was published in OJDLA and in AJDE and looked at distance education in general. This revision focuses on the roles/competencies needed for online programs. Enjoy!
